Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking Cleaner (Part-Time) in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.

 

Minimum of 8-10 hours per week, primarily Monday - Friday. The position will be utilized on an as needed basis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.

  • Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services.
  • Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
  • Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, aircraft, & vehicles
  • Wipes and dusts surfaces
  • Vacuums and cleans floors and rugs.
  • Stocks towels and toilet paper in bathrooms. 
  • Picks up and empties trash containers.
  • Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid State Driver’s License (passenger endorsement, preferred)
  • Great time management skills
  • Great customer attitude and attentiveness

 

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
  • Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen

 

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this role. This is a non-exhaustive overview of the physical requirements of this job.

  • Perform light work, occasionally exerting up to 20 pounds of force.
  • Regularly ascend/descend step/stairs.
  • Regularly stand/walk for an extended period of time.
  • Regularly kneel, bend, and squat.
